New Holland Construction have received a new Tasmanian dealership to their network with the addition of D & L Morrison Machinery Spares.
With the Tasmanian construction industry still growing strongly, the timing of this partnership is ideal according to David Morrison, Director of D & L Morrison.
“The Tasmanian construction industry is riding the wave of strong growth from last year, and I believe it will be buoyant for some months yet,” said David Morrison.
“Our sales have increased by 50 per cent over the past year, matching the growth in the industry. In particular, our customers have indicated strong interest in backhoes and skid steers”
D & L Morrison have a well-built existing relationship with Kobelco CNH Australia, New Holland’s parent company, having offered Kobelco-branded mini and large excavators for the past eight years.
Based in Launceston, the family-owned business will sell and service New Holland Construction equipment including backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders, telehandlers and compact track loaders.
“We have a fully-equipped workshop in Launceston, which is a very central location from which to service the entire state.”
“We also have a fleet of fully-equipped field service vehicles that cover the state, supporting large construction companies to smaller owner-operators and councils.”
D & L Morrison were established in 1995 by David and his wife Leanne. The company began as a quality used parts distributor before becoming the state’s Kobelco dealership in 2000.
