Hyundai 7A Series wheel loaders are proving to be well accepted in Europe.
HYUNDAI says increased thickness of steel and no plastics have led to 7A Series wheel loaders being well accepted in the materials handling and quarrying industries.

According to Hyundai Heavy Industries Europe, the 7A Series was introduced at Bauma in 2007. Its range of wheel loaders consists of six basic models from 10 to 30t capacity and all of which have all-steel bodywork with no plastic components such as mudguards or engine hoods.

Hyundai says to this end its wheel loaders have become the preferred choice of customers in recycling and waste handling, screener and crusher operations, as well as loading and unloading ships, barges, trucks and containers. They have also proven to be well accepted in smaller quarries and mines.

The manufacturer says it designed the basic models to be adaptable to the various situations they might encounter during their long working life. The key issue to this is selecting one of three boom variations.

Hyundai says there is the basic version with z-bar kinematics on all wheel loaders, an extended (XTD) version for extra high lift and a Tool Master (TM) version with parallel boom available on HL730-7A, HL740-7A and HL757-7A.. The XTD has a longer boom and heavier counterweight for a longer reach without impacting on the lifting capacity.
